Q: Is the course suitable for claims handlers other than those taking CH4?
A: Absolutely! It is applicable to anyone handling liability claims or anyone wanting to understand how liability claims are handled.

Q: Do you have to have taken CH1 and CH2 to take CH4?
A: No, it doesn't need to be taken in order.

Q: Where can I get the workbook?
A: CILA members can download the workbook directly from the CILA website.  The book is not available to purchase.

Q: Is it essential to have the workbook to take the course?
A: No it is not essential but the course refers to tables in the workbook so it is very helpful. It is essential to have the workbook if you are taking the exam.  CILA student membership gives you access to considerable resources to enhance your career and studies and not just to the CH4 workbook for an annual membership of £75. If you are not a member already, invest in your career and become a member.
